Every StrollerPower! group class is approximately 60 minutes and every class is virtually different every time. Typical classes range from 5 to 30 moms - plus happy babies and toddlers!
Classes are moderately to strenuously paced - drawing upon multiple athletic, aerobic, and strength building disciplines - and are based on your needs, goals, and abilities, including:
- warm-up
- upper and lower body sculpting, shaping, and toning
- core strengthening
- jog/run
- sprint drills
- cone/ladders/kickboxing/zumba™
- jog cool down
- abdominals
- stretching/breathing
